Drinking milk helps reduce the risk of colon cancer



Milk helps your bones healthy:

Finnish study of nearly 10,000 people aged 15 years or older showed that after 24 years, those who drank more milk will have less colon cancer. In contrast, many users cheese back or rectal cancer.

Lactose (a sugar found in milk) play a major role to protect the body against colon cancer, by stimulating the growth of benign bacteria in the digestive tract. For its part, the bacteria will inhibit the development of cancer. Vitamin D and calcium had no effect as lactose.

This study showed that the risk of colon cancer:

Reduce 54% in those who use the most milk (mainly whole milk).

63% reduction in the use of dairy products with the highest concentrations.

Particularly, cheese and milk cup butter to make the risk of colorectal cancer increased slightly, but not sure why.
